I’m Chrystal and I’ve walked in those well-worn shoes of yours. 

I’ve felt the stress, dissatisfaction and fatigue that comes with trying it all only to be defeated time and time again, leaving you wishing that you could just crawl out of your own skin and into someone else’s.

In 2009 my mother died on her 55th birthday. It was a totally preventable death resulting from the consequence of poor lifestyle choices.  At 27 years old, I realized I was walking down a very similar path and I needed to make major changes.

I made it my mission to break free of that path and to find a healthier way of my own. I quit smoking and binge drinking. I found fitness and nutrition.  I must have tried every fad diet I could find. I developed disordered eating.  I found a better way and then I got healthy. I lost over 20lbs of overfat. I grew muscle and I built strength – physical, emotional and psychological strength.  I then obtained multiple reputable fitness and nutrition coaching certifications so that I could begin helping you do the same.

Today, I help women just like you make real health changes that stick.
