This program is for the person whose goals temporarily require micromanagement. This is not a long term sustainable program.
This is about tracking everything as precisely as possible in order to get results.
Every macronutrient, every calorie consumed is measured and tracked. In this program we use a software that requires your daily data input: macronutrients consumed, weight and other progress measures. Weekly check-ins are scheduled where you will record your success markers by taking body measurements, photos, and/or noting habit task completion rates. You will be asked to fill in details about how the previous week went, in terms of mood, energy, sleep, overall well being, and anything else that is relevant to you and your plan. The information you give will be used for past/future comparisons, and for outcome based decision making.
You will have unlimited email support.
The coaching and guidance doesn’t stop at your check-ins. Find yourself with a question in the middle of the night? Or anxiety over an unexpected social gathering that you fear will have you falling off track? Is there an event coming up where you’re not sure how to prepare in terms of your nutrition? No problem. Shoot an email my way! Communication is not just limited to check-ins. You can email for support at any time and expect a response within 24-hours (except on Sundays. Sundays I try to take a unplugged off days).
