Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise (make your own – recipe here)
- 4 tbsp. coconut cream
- ½ tsp. dried chives
- ½ tsp. dried parsley
- ½ tsp. dried dill weed
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. ground black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Keeps 5-7 days in the fridge.
Hints & Tips
- Use Whole30 approved mayo (or make your own) to keep this Whole 30 compliant.
- If you’d prefer to use fresh herbs, replace ½ tsp dried with 2 full tsp fresh. It’s delicious!
- Coconut cream is simply the thick top layer of canned coconut milk. You can find coconut cream sold separately, but it’s hard to find around here!
