- 2 Carrots (medium, finely sliced)
- 3 stalks Celery (thinly sliced)
- 12 Cremini Mushrooms (chopped)
- 3 tbsps Thyme (fresh, chopped)
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
