Ingredients
- 3 cans tuna in water, well-drained, flaked with fork
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- ¼ cup almond flour
- Optional – olive or avocado oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat over to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. (Do not use foil as these will stick to foil).
- In a large bowl mix together all of the ingredients, except the optional oil. Form mixture into four equal sized balls, and press into baking sheet so that patties are approximately ½ inch thick.
- Lightly spray patties with oil if using. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from over, flip patties and spray again with oil if using. Bake for an additional 10 minutes, until golden-brown. Serve while still warm.

- These make for great burger patties, or served as a side to main course, or even over rice.
