Nutrition is a huge part of our health and fitness journey and protein is a hot topic for plant-based eaters. Whether it’s talk about getting enough protein or getting whole proteins – the conversation is pumping.
At the end of the day, plant-based eaters can meet all their protein needs with some conscious effort and variety. There’s growing interest in getting more plant-based foods in our diets and as such plant-based eaters range from 100% vegans to those of us that are looking to incorporate just a few more plant-based meals in our weeks, or even just getting more plant-based items on our plates.
No matter where you are on the spectrum, a list of solid, high protein plant-based foods might come in handy – so I thought I’d share this with you all as well.
