Ingredients
- 2 1/1 cups plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 heaping cups frozen berries
- 1/2 cup (2 scoops) vanilla protein powder
- 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup or honey (optional)
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend, scraping down the walls as necessary.
- Pour into 5 freezer-safe serving-sized containers.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour
