Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 tsp Coconut Oil
- 1 Apple (cut into wedges)
- 1 1/2 tbsps All Natural Peanut Butter
Instructions
- In a small bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave on high for 30 to 45-second intervals until melted. Stir with a spoon to fully combine.
- Place the apple slices on a plate and drizzle with melted chocolate and peanut butter. Transfer to the fridge to let the chocolate harden a little, about 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
