Ingredients
- 227 grams Unbleached All Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsps Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Water (warm)
- 1/4 cup Butter (cubed)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Form a well in the middle of the flour and add the water. Stir and knead the dough until combined, adding more water or flour if needed.
- Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and spread the dough evenly, about 3/4- to one-inch thick. Arrange the pieces of butter across the top and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown, flipping halfway.
- Cut into slices and enjoy!
