- Cold cooked chicken breast, chopped into small cubes or shredded (Good Prep Recipe Here)
- Ranch dressing/dipping sauce (Good Prep Recipe Here)
- Seedless kalamata olives, chopped
- Salt & or pepper, if desired
Instructions
- There are no measurements for this recipe because it all depends on how much you want and how you like it.
- Simply mix chicken breast pieces with chopped olives and then add Ranch dressing until it’s the desired consistency. Add salt and pepper if desired.

- This chicken salad has an exquisite taste and is great served as a wrap wrapped in lettuce, served on top of a fresh garden salad, over lightly sautéed zucchini noodles, or even on it’s own – if you need a quick bite of protein.
- This should keep well if covered and in the fridge for 2-3 days.
