- 1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Red Onion (chopped)
- 1 Garlic (clove, minced)
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Pesto (or more to taste)
