Broccoli & Pepper Egg Scramble
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Broccoli (chopped)
- 1/4 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 Yellow Onion (chopped)
- 1 Garlic (small clove, minced)
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
- 2 Egg (whisked)
Unlike flexible dieting where we don’t want to tell a client what they should or should eat, with Ketogenic diets there are certain foods that will kick a person out of Ketosis and keep them there. When people transition into a Ketogenic diet they are making changes that encourage the body to adapt. This can sometimes be temporarily uncomfortable. A low-carb or Ketogenic diet can be beneficial for people of all ages and all activity levels. For most however, it’s a major commitment that requires a huge shift in lifestyle. Large changes are extremely difficult to make. While making the shift may be beneficial, it’s not always necessary.
