Ingredients
2-3 Halibut filets, approx. 150g each
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped into fine pieces
1 tsp. fresh garlic, crushed
Zest of one lemon
Juice of one lemon
Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Place halibut on covered cookie sheet and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- Mix parsley, garlic, and lemon zest and juice in a small bowl.
- Scoop mixture over halibut fillets, allowing the parsley to pile up on top. Evenly distribute any remaining juice over fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until halibut is white and flakes apart nicely.
Hints & Tips
You can use this recipe for any white/light flavored fish. Just adjust the cooking time accordingly.
