Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded English cucumber
- 1 ½ cup plain non-Fat Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ tbsp. lemon juice (juice of ~ ½ lemon)
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- ½ – 1 tsp. grated garlic
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the cucumber in a medium bowl.
- Stir in cucumber and refrigerate.
- Serve cold.
