Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. (10g) Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp. Himalayan salt
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- ½ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a bullet blender.
- Refrigerate before serving.

- This can be used as a meat marinade as well as a salad dressing!
